The challenges for this project existed within the strict design guidelines set up for for this exclusive estate. The young couple of this private residence (currently under construction) came to us with a very clear understanding of their future home.

Entertaining guests and family on a regular basis were the keystone elements to the space planning for their new home. Located on the first floor and directly onto the street to maximise ocean views, a large alfresco equipped with pizza oven and gourmet kitchen flows directly into a large games room which in turn overlooks a lap pool and dedicated gymnasium.

Incorporating modern simple lines the street elevation generates a bold distinct statement, distinguishing itself from adjoining neighbours with pride.

The design and planning guidelines set in place for the Coogee Marina Development in addition to stringent statutory planning requirements, called for a complete custom planning solution. Our direct negotiations with Australand and the City of Cockburn on behalf of our clients has resulted in maximising the potential of the development site ensuring maximum property value for the future.
