The young couple of this private residence approached Property Genesis to help guide them through the unique design guidelines specific to their site.

Although the Port Coogee Marina development enforced a strict set design guidelines, two particular lots were subject to additional controls. This site was one of them. After spending over twelve months with other reputed custom home designers, without results, Property Genesis was approached to resolve the challenge.

Many months of direct negotiations with assessing bodies and a complete re-design of the proposed residence, has resulted in a solution that not only affords a maximum allowable floor plan for the site, a unique layout presents this property to ocean views most other properties in the estate do not enjoy.
