Situated on one of Fremantle's highest peaks, this residence has a commanding view of Fremantle city,it's harbour, Rottnest and Garden Island including Perth and surrounding suburbs to its North.

The puzzle to solve for this project was not how to take advantage of the magnificent views but rather how to accommodate the extended adult family on a small site footprint. The critical element to solve was the provision for maximum floor space with views while still maintaining privacy requirements demanded by residential regulations.
