Aria Apartments was the first high rise development for Rockingham. This called for intense scrutiny from local authorities ensureing strict regulations were met.

                                           

Extensive consultation with local authority planners and building surveyors over a 12 month period allowed developers to maximise the site while still meeting their regulatory obligations.

To ensure the 28 spacious 3 bedroom apartments and 4 penthouse suites enjoyed quality finishes to match the uninterrupted ocean views the project budget was kept in check by design.

Limiting the building height to 25M allowed the performance based fire control solution to avoid expensive smoke extraction mechanisms. Adopting modern onsite stormwater storage and dispersal mechanisms avoided extensive headwork upgrades.

Incorporating municipal waste collection logistics reduced back-of-house facilities to a minimum. Allowing larger commercial tenancies to be developed.
