Situated on the corner of Roberts and Rokeby road, Proximity Apartments is part of the greater Subiaco Square precinct.

Positioned literally on top of the Subiaco train station presented unique challenges when meeting BCA acoustic requirements. The developers requirement of 52 apartments and 12 retail outlets called for out of the box thinking to meet BCA class separation and local authority parking requirements on an unusual ‘L’ shaped site.
Development budgets at a premium called for extensive performance based fire regulation solutions which effectively reduced the use of onerous fire control measures.
The balancing act for this project resulted in the sale of all 52 apartments in a little over a week for the developer.
